Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is designed to develop existing skills and equip you with the expertise to offer first-class care in line with Nobilis’ culture.
Safety, wellbeing and protection will be at the heart of the inclusive and individualised support you will be provided on this apprenticeship. You will learn the necessary planning skills to support not only the development of those in your care but your own personal development as well.
Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship will provide you with all the skills you’ll need to monitor the health of individuals and plan their future care. You will learn how to help the people in your care to take charge of their daily lives in the best way they can including support to carry out their own healthcare procedures or better manage their own situation.
Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4 Apprenticeship
On this apprenticeship, you will learn to guide and inspire your team members to make positive differences to each clients life no matter the challenges that individual might face. You will achieve a level of self-development to be recognised as a lead practitioner, contributing to, promoting and sustaining a values-based culture at an operational level.
You will learn to have a greater depth of knowledge and expertise of specific conditions being experienced by the clients. Learning specialist skills and knowledge in key focus areas of responsibilities which will allow you to lead in areas such as care needs assessment, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and enablement, telecare and assistive technology.
Leadership & Management for Adult Care Level 5 Apprenticeship
While on this apprenticeship you will learn how to guide and inspire your teams to make a positive difference to each clients’ life whether they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges. You will learn to lead your care team and will develop and implement a values-based culture.
