Our hourly rate is one of the best in the industry with no ‘zero-hours’ contracts. We also offer paid holiday, travel costs and give you a mobile phone.

Here’s what you can expect from us:
Competitive Pay
Among the best rates around (we benchmark our pay scales to ensure we attract the best employees), plus paid training and mileage (45p/mile). Potential for increased pay based on growing experience and qualifications
Contracted Hours
Whether you want full-time or part-time hours, you will be offered a fair, written contract, not the ‘zero hours’ commonplace at other agencies.
Flexible Schedules
We strive to build a work pattern that meets your needs hours to suit whenever we can. Typical shifts are mornings 07:00 – 14:00 and afternoon/evening hours 16:30 – 22:00, plus alternate weekends.
Paid Holidays
Based on your contracted hours. Some agencies advertise high hourly pay, but this includes holiday pay.
Nobilis pays for holidays on top of generous hourly rates.
Uniform
Our staff look smart in their striking purple Nobilis uniforms. We also provide the full PPE including gloves, aprons, hand gel and an alarm. In fact, everything you need to carry out your role safely for all parties. You just need to provide your own smart black trousers and black shoes.
We provide you with a mobile phone to make and receive calls, keep in touch with the Nobilis office team, and also check your rotas online.
On-going Support
We have a dedicated management team to support and help develop our carers, from carrying out observations and supervision to dealing with any issues. Our strong office and field team network is invaluable to the care we deliver.
Time to Care
We allow adequate travel time between appointments, and ensure you have enough time to give clients the high-quality support our reputation relies on. Nobilis Care does not offer 15-minute call slots, and no consecutive calls are arranged unless for different clients at the same address.
